Who We Are
SportsGravy is a small team based in the United States, building the all-in-one platform we wished existed when our own kids played youth sports. The company was founded by Charles Bailey Jr, a serial entrepreneur who previously built and scaled the leading vacation rental management platform from zero to over three hundred million dollars in enterprise value. He brought that operator playbook to youth sports.
Niko Polydorou leads product and has been building SportsGravy for nearly four years. The team is around fifteen people. Every feature on this site has been built deliberately and patiently, because the prospects we sell to are nonprofit boards, presidents, and treasurers who need software that genuinely works.
